The Website presents UWIT, its software-development and design services, selected work, and ways to contact the company. Website content is general information, not a binding offer, professional advice, warranty, or promise of particular project results.

Sending a contact form, requesting a proposal, or discussing a project does not by itself create a client relationship or conclude a contract. Any engagement, scope, price, delivery date, service level, intellectual-property transfer, and confidentiality terms must be agreed separately by authorised representatives.

3. Intellectual property and permitted use

Unless stated otherwise, the Website and its original text, graphics, software, layout, design, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to UWIT and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Client names, logos, product names, screenshots, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are shown only under the relevant permission or other lawful basis.

UWIT grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and display the Website for your own lawful informational or business-evaluation purposes. This licence does not allow you to:

• reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from Website content without prior written permission;
• remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notices;
• use UWIT branding in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation that does not exist; or
• use automated extraction to build or train a competing content, design, or service offering, except where such restriction is prohibited by mandatory law.

The Website may link to the UWIT client portal and third-party services such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp. A link is provided for convenience and does not mean that UWIT controls or endorses all third-party content. Your use of an external service is governed by that provider's terms and privacy notice. UWIT is not responsible for an external service except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our Privacy and Cookie Policy explains how we process personal data and use cookies or similar technologies. When submitting a form, you must provide accurate information and may provide another person's data only if you have a lawful basis to do so.

Changes apply prospectively and do not alter an existing client agreement unless that agreement permits it or the parties agree separately.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to mandatory rights or choice-of-law rules that apply to you. Courts with subject-matter jurisdiction in Belgrade have jurisdiction where such jurisdiction may validly be agreed. If you are a consumer, this clause does not remove the protection or forum rights granted by mandatory consumer law.
